Where has the first month of the year gone? Can you believe we're already one month into the year. Time has indeed past us by, too quickly. So to start off the month of February just right here's the second edition/post of "Fashion Sure Does Taste Good". If you missed the very first one, click here to check it out. This time, we decided to leave the men's street style behind and take time to admire and compare the similarities between women's street style and the tasty delectables we so desire. I must say this time was so much harder as woman tend to wear more textured materials and experiment with colour and patterns more than your average man would, so to find the right food shot that would match all those characteristics was a bit complicating but I got through it and managed to put together the above images. I limited myself to 2-3 sources for both food and street style this time as well, which is why, I think, also made it so hard to source and put together the looks.

SOURCES:
Street Style - The Locals; one of my ultimate and favourite streets style blogs. As you can see I used most of their images. Vanessa Jackman; who's grainy aesthetic diverts her blog from most and many other street style blogs and lastly lilredotfolks who I took quite and interest in after receiving an email from them as they loved the first post, so I decided to feature one of their shots in this post.

Food - Like in the first post, I used most of What Katie Ate recipes and images but when browsing I discovered another amazing food blog, Sprouted Kitchen, who just like Vanessa Jackman have a grainy and dreamy aesthetic that is quite appealing to my eye, so you'll see a lot of their images in this post too.

But nonetheless, let me know what you think and don't forget to visit the sources I've provided above, I know you'll get quite a kick out of all of them.

Fantastic. Love Katie's blog and love the connection with fashion. Colour and taste, what's not to love?
